July 22: Cory Davis, of Waterboro, Maine, has graduated from MEMA Technical Education Center’s Oil Technician Training Class. He will now be able to apply for and take the Journeyman exam.
During the six-week program, Cory completed a variety of training, which included classroom study and 75 hours of hands-on training in the lab. Emphasis is placed on Workforce Development as well as Oil Heat Technician Training.
Davis, a graduate of Westbrook High School, has resided in Waterboro for six years. He is currently employed with Fecteau’s Heating in Westbrook. When he’s not working, Cory enjoys riding around on his four-wheeler.
