March 3, 2022: Matthew Hayes completed his Oil Technician Training portion of MTEC’s HVAC-R Professional Certification Program. Matthew is a 1997 graduate of Windham High School. Matthew currently resides in Windham, Maine. During the six-week program, Matthew completed a variety of training, which included classroom study and 75 hours of hands-on training in the lab. Emphasis is placed on Workforce Development as well as Oil Heat Technician Training. Matthew will be returning to MTEC to complete the next step in MTEC’s HVAC-R Professional Certification Program, Propane and Natural Gas. Matthew was sent in for training by member company Revolution Plumbing & Mechanical LLC.
