Student Lodging Package 2021

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Brunswick Freeport has partnered with MEMA Technical Education Center and has extended the following special rates to Maine Energy Marketers Association. 

Weekdays only Package:  $5,500.00 / Includes Sundays through Thursday nights during class dates in the Winter/Spring, Summer, or Fall/Winter HVAC/R course. Guests to check out on Fridays and return the day before class resumes. Upgrade to a suite and get 40% more space for an additional $10/night. (Includes 9% Maine lodging tax)

Weekends Included Package: $7,700.00 / Stay the duration of all classes in the Winter/Spring, Summer, or Fall/Winter HVAC/R course. Upgrade to a suite and get 40% more space for an additional $10/night.  (This price assumes tax-exemption. Stays over 28 consecutive days are tax exempt in Maine. Completion of a tax exempt-affidavit form is required)

The Fairfield Inn Daily Rates are:

• $69 for Jan 1 – Jun 30
• $69 for Nov 1 – Dec 31
• $99 for Jul 1 – Oct 31

(Includes full breakfast and discounts to area restaurants)

*These rates are offered for students taking the full HVAC/R course at MTEC. There is nightly rates available for students taking shorter duration courses. 

Cancellation Policy: 48 hours prior to arrival for entire package cancellations. Package rates are flat fees, regardless of number of total nights stayed.

Room-mate Policy: 1 roommate is allowed at no additional charge.

Billing: Guest, or company on behalf of guest, to pay hotel in full directly at the time of reservation. Ask about flexible payment options.
